Early detection of cardiovascular diseases of genetic origin in an apparently healthy working population.
In this project, hereditary cardiovascular diseases such as: cardiomyopathies, channelopathies, aortopathies, familial hypercholesterolemia and other lipid disorders, which have a genetic origin, will be studied in the Spanish working population.
Hereditary cardiovascular diseases are a series of diseases that affect the structures of the heart and blood vessels and are of genetic origin. They are pathologies of monogenic cause in which a single causal mutation in a gene is sufficient for the disease to be expressed in the individual.
Based on this knowledge, preventive criteria will be established to reduce the risk and morbidity and mortality of these processes.
Internal project, developed with data from the working population covered by Quirónprevención.
