We started our activity in Peru in 2015.
The appearance of the new Law 29.783 on Occupational Health and safety, in 2011, and its implementing regulation in 2012 has modernised and given a crucial impetus to the development of occupational risk prevention in the country.
In this scenario, without losing sight of the obligations that companies with increased risk have of insuring the occupational risk of its workers through the taking out of Hazardous Work Complimentary Insurance (SCTR), we operate with the same challenges as those in the other Latin American countries where we are present. We translate our experience and good work into implementing into the companies the same services and methodologies applied in Spain, with the necessary adaptation to the local regulatory requirements.
We work in all sectors: mining, fishing, industry, oil and gas, etc. In the construction sector, we collaborate in complying with standard G050 for the preparation of Safety Plans and Operational Control by placing risk supervision personnel on-site.
